I recommend everyone to do at least 1 spartan race in their life time. It’s very rewarding. You learn a lot about yourself and what you are capable of doing. We are capable of doing much more than we think we can. Spartan on everyone! AROOOO!! Let me know how all your first timers make out! 🙂
