Where did the summer go?

I had all these high hopes and expectations of everything we would do this summer.  I think we have accomplished 8% of it.  We have had a lot of fun, but we have barely even skimmed the surface of all the places I wanted to visit.  We did master bike riding with no training wheels, which is a big accomplishment, and by “we” I mean my little monkey. 😉

I can’t believe July is almost over already and school starts in less than a month.  Kindergarten here we come!

I feel like this happens every summer though, so I don’t know why it still surprises me.  In August we are heading to Disneyland for the D23 Expo.  I am VERY excited about this.  I can’t wait to hear all about what Walt Disney Studios has in the works, plus John Lasseter’s hawaiian shirt collection will be on display.  I’m totally geeking out!
