What Runners Should NOT Post On The Internet
Don't publicly post your route.
Don't post your race bib before the race. Some people have been known to print out the photo and use it to run the race without registering.
Don't post pictures of blisters. That's just gross.
If you are running alone, tell a friend or family member, but not the internet full of strangers.
Don't take a medal you didn't earn and definitely don't post a picture on the internet of you with it. The internet will always figure it out!
Don't post details of your GI problems you had while running. No one wants to know that.
