Run outdoors, somewhere beautiful. Enjoy some nature.
Create a new playlist. Good music always makes a run better.
Run somewhere new. If you always run the same route it gets boring.
Find a friend to run with.
Run, walk, run if you need to. Walking sometimes is ok too.
Signup for a race. Having a goal to train for makes it more fun.
Stick with it. Running gets easier the more you do it. Give it a couple months and you will find you can run further.
