Watch Your Steps
Be aware of where you are stepping, Holes, ruts, stones and branches can be dangerous if you don't pay attention to where you are stepping.
Don't Be Afraid To Take It Slow
Your trail running pace will be slower than your flat street running pace and be ok with that. Sometimes you will need to walk to be safe and that is ok too.
