Workout Tips For Moms

As a busy mom, finding time to do anything is tough, especially time to workout. Here are some tips to fit some fitness into your day.

Setup a backyard obstacle course and do it with the kids.

Get a jogging stroller and take the kids for walks or runs.

Take the kids to the park and get  a workout in with pull-ups and playing chase.

Get up one hour earlier 3 days a week and do a workout video.

Arrange with your spouse to take turns. When they get home you get to go to the gym.

Have them do a workout with you. Sit-ups, pushups, running sprints in the backyard etc.

Go for a hike. If your kids are little get a carrier to strap to you and enjoy the outdoors.
