Getting a run done on a treadmill doesn't have to be miserable. Here are some great treadmill workout ideas.
Pyramid Run: Start with a slower pace. Run 5 minutes, then increase pace. Increase 3 times until your fastest pace, then decrease following the same steps.
Interval Run: Intervals can be any set time frame. Example, run at a 6.5 for 3 minutes. Then walk for 1 min at 3.5. Repeat 10 times
