How to Become a Faster Runner

Run hills and stairs once a week. 

Run sprints once a week.

Run a long run once a week.

Run an interval run once a week. Run a comfortable pace for a set amount of time and then run all out for a set amount of time. Keep alternating for the duration of the run.

Make sure you are properly fueling. What you eat can play a big part in your speed.

Get enough sleep. Your body can't perform optimally without rest.
