Fun Jump Rope Workouts

If you are looking for fun jump rope workouts, here is a great place to start!

Jump rope for 30 seconds. Rest for 30 Seconds. Repeat 4 times.

Do pushups for 30 seconds.

Jump rope alternating feet for 45 seconds.  Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat 4 times.

Do 20 burpees.

Jump rope alternating criss cross in front for 45 seconds.

Do 30 squats.

Finish with light jump rope for 1 minute.
