Do This Easy Workout

Start by running one mile.

Followed by 50 pushups.

Next do 50 crunches.

Do 40 Burpees

And 100 Squats

Hold a Plank For 1 Minute,  3 times.

End with 5 minutes of stretching.

Do this workout everyday and you will start to notice big results.
