The Best Toys To Encourage Imagination

Imagination is such a huge part of growing up.  Fostering imagination with my daughter has always been a main focus of our play and finding the best toys to do this.  My daughter would rather play the old fashion way than with any electronics or TV.  I think in this tech savvy world, good old fashion play is still so important. My daughter has such an amazing imagination.  At restaurants she even pretends the silverware are people and names them.  The silverware people even talk to each other. There were so many great toys to choose from.  I got my daughter the Whimsy & Wonder Playhouse Tent with Puppets.  I knew this would be so fun for her.  

My daughter was SO surprised and excited.  We play puppets all the time and to be honest I was totally tired of hiding behind her headboard to put on the puppet show.  This playhouse and puppet theater all in one was the perfect present.

As soon as I put the playhouse together my daughter immediately crawled in and started to pretend it was her castle. I love listening to her playing with her dolls and how her imagination works.  

We took turns putting on puppet shows for each other and then my daunter hosted a royal tea party inside the playhouse.  Her imagination was going wild.  She put on costumes and kept bringing more and more toys inside to the playhouse until I’m not sure how she even fit inside.  What I love about this playhouse though is that she won’t outgrow it in 6 months.  This is something she can get use out of for years.  Who doesn’t love a playhouse?
