I don’t know about you, but I find when I think more positively I have a more positive today. When I wake up and say to myself that “today is going to be a good day” then it usually works out that way. I need someone to remind me of this on those mornings that I wake up in a bad mood.
Do you have any affirmations that you say to yourself for a positive outlook? Do you say them in the morning to yourself? Before a meeting? Before bed?
