The Best Places For runDisney Medal Pictures
So you ran the runDisney race. You go the awesome race medals. Now you need the fantastic race bling photos to share all over the internet because “PICS OR IT DID’T HAPPEN” right?
Here are the best places at Disney World to get great photos of your marathon race medals.
Left Side of Castle
This is my favorite spot for medals pics. Loop them through the fence for some great shots.
Sometimes there is a Disney PhotoPass photographer over here. Ask them for a shot with the running Mickey and Minnie magic.
Main Street
Find a Disney PhotoPass photographer or a friend to take some pics for you on main straight with the castle rising in the background.
Tree of Life
I love the medal shots with the Tree of Life at Animal Kingdom. There are lots of angles you can get a great picture from. 
Spaceship Earth
The iconic Spaceship Earth at Epcot is a great place for a medal shot. 
Castle Ramp
The ramp that shoes up to the castle entrance is a great place for a medal pic. If you time it right you can also have it look like no one is in the background. 
Snack Pics
Of course Disney World and snacks go hand in hand, so it is only fitting that medals get a pic with snacks too. 
Statues Around The Parks
Disney World has fun statues and decor around the parks. Some were for the 50th anniversary, but many still remain. The Partners statue at the hub in front of the castle is a great place. 
Toy Story Land
This is my favorite place for a medal pic in Hollywood Studios. (anyone else missing the big Sorcerer Mickey hat?) 
Left Side of Castle by Tomorrowland
This side offers from great views with no people in the background because of the moat. 
There are so many photo opportunities at Disney World. I definitely recommend splurging on the Disney PhotoPass package. These photos will include your race photos and also you can find all the photographers around the parks to help with some pics.
