Sunrunners 10k Tomorrow
I am in Florida currently and I didn’t get enough races last weekend at Disney World (even though I ran the 5k, 10k and half marathon). I went hunting for a local race where I am and found the Sunrunners 10k in Vero Beach, Florida. There is no medal, but at least it is a race right?
It is “The longest running 10k in Florida. No pun intended”. Their words, not mine. If it is the longest running 10k, celebrating their 36th year, I figure the course and organization must be nice right? I’m excited 🙂
It starts at 7am and I’m happy to get 6.2 in before a birthday party we attend later in the day.

I ran that one last year! It’s fun. There is a big run/tri club up there that puts it on and they are fast!

Oh geez! Hoping I’m not the slowest one. How fast? Like 6 min mile fast or 9 min mile fast? A decent mix I hope! Lol
