I was given product to review and compensated for this post, but all opinions are always my own.
Did you know that 75% of American’s are dehydrated? Every runner is very aware of hydration. We know we need to be hydrated, but sometimes the best way to stay hydrated isn’t just water. When you are running miles upon miles you are sweating and need to replenish what you are losing. I was recently introduced to Drip Drop ORS and I am really excited to share it with you.
Do you know if you are dehydrated?
Signs of Dehydration
Drip Drop ORS is super convenient. The packets are individual servings, so all you have to do is just add it to water.
There are 2 flavors, lemon and berry. Both the flavors are more of a mild taste which is what I loved the most. I feel like so many sports drinks and hydration products are so sweet tasting that it almost hurts my tongue to drink. These flavors are not like that.
I love that Drip Drop is also safe for my WHOLE family. From the Drip Drop website: “Dehydration affects everyone. Powerful enough for the US Special Forces and safe enough for children and seniors, Drip Drop is an effective solution for all walks of life.”
The story behind Drip Drop is just as impressive as the product:
“As a student at the Mayo Medical School, Eduardo Dolhun MD witnessed thousands of people dying unnecessarily from dehydration while on a relief mission in Guatemala. He created Drip Drop to galvanize a swift response to this human crisis.
Drip Drop, Inc. is a company founded on care: doctors caring for patients, parents caring for children, communities caring for themselves and others.”
