I just got my 4th Stitch Fix. Stitch Fix is a service that you subscribe to and they send you 5 items according to the style profile that you fill out. You are charged a $20 styling fee, but if you buy any of the items that $20 gets credited towards the purchase. If you keep all 5 items you get a 25% discount. You have 3 days to decide whether to keep or return.
My 4th Stitch Fix arrived and here is what I got:
Kensie Jeans- Kaleigh Ankle Biter Skinny Jean
Price: $88
Verdict: KEEP
I LOVE these jeans. They are super comfortable and the color is fun. I will totally wear these.
41Hawthorn- Brydon Twisted Seams Striped Tank
Price: $48
Verdict: Undecided, leaning towards returning
The fabric is super soft and the style is nice, but I don’t think the stripes are very flattering. I also feel like it is a cotton tank and $48 seems a little steep for it. Thoughts?
Kut From The Kloth- Cranston Cross-Front Racerback Blouse
Price: $58
Verdict: Return
When I opened the box I was initially most excited about this piece. Once I got it on that quickly changed. The front has way to much fabric involved and looks like a maternity shirt on me. The color and style are also not very flattering on me. This one is definitely going back.
Donna Morgan- Ann Mixed Print Faux Wrap Dress
Price: $138
Verdict: Undecided, leaning towards returning
This dress isn’t horrible, it just isn’t really my style. I would wear something like this to a meeting or conference, but it is definitely not my normal “going out” style. Thoughts?
31 Bits- Dahlia Mixed Bead Multi-Strand Bracelet
Price: $38
Verdict- Undecided, leaning towards keeping.
I love the colors of this bracelet. This bracelet is made by women in Northern Uganda. I have heard about this project, but never purchased anything. Again, I don’t regularly put on bracelets and wear them, but I like the colors and the story. Is that a good enough reason to spend $38 on a bracelet?
Overall I am stoked about the jeans and mixed about the rest. Help!

I got a pair of skinny jeans in my fix this time too – I LOVE the color of those!

I feel like I have such a hard time finding pants. They fit perfect which was a nice surprise. I hope you liked the rest of your fix too Kristen! 🙂

First off, I LOVE that bracelet!! I hope I am fortunate to have one in my next fix!!! I am a fan of the Kensie jeans (mine were dark blue) as they are super comfortable. The two tops would go back IMHO, perhaps on a longer torso they would not seem to have the extra material 🙂 The dress is eh… Not really crazy about but yes, for workshops or casual meetings this could work! Thank you for sharing!!!

Thank you!!! I love getting input. I think I am keeping jeans and bracelet and the rest goes back.

I love this! It is like shopping with friends and getting their opinions without any of us having to go to the mall.

I got the same top (the one you loved but then not) in my Fix and loved it. But I’m 5’9″ so hangs differently. Cute jeans!

I bet that shirt was super cute on you. It definitely needed a taller person then me. I love the style of it. 🙂

Never tried stitch fix but I NEVER have any luck ordering clothes through the mail… and it drives me nuts to send them back. I think the dress looks great on you !

Thank you Karen! 🙂 I don’t normally have luck picking out clothes online, which makes Stitch Fix fun because they fit me better than what I pick out for myself. Lol
