Spartan Race Partners with NBC and is Coming to Your TV!!! Spartan Race Entry Giveaway

Have you ever wanted to watch the journey of an obstacle race on your TV?  I have and now we can!  The Spartan Race series has partnered with NBC for a 90 minute special.  See below for your chance to enter to be on the special TV show.  Also, below I am having a giveaway to win one free entry into any open Spartan Race in the continental US.

Spartan Race and NBC Sports Network are collaborating on a television special which will feature the World Championship and focus on the sport of obstacle racing. This event will take place on September 21-22, 2013 in Vermont.

Tens of thousands of obstacle racing competitors and enthusiasts from around the world will converge on New England, where $250,000 in cash and prizes will be on the line.  At the World Championship, top-ranked Reebok Spartan Race athletes, Olympians, and amateur athletes alike will compete side-by-side.

Spartan Race with NBC Sports Group will chronicle the amazing people and stories behind the race series and the World Championship and will air a 90 minute TV special that will air on the NBC Sports Network on October 19, 2013.

    Can’t race myself because of spinal injury; however, my college-aged daughter is trying to finish her Spartan Trifecta this year. She enjoyed volunteering and racing in Miami and plans to visit her grandparents in Philly for the Sprint and finish her Trifecta in SC in November.

    Looking to run the Fenway park series. Trying to complete my Trifecta, and trying to cram as many Spartans into the final months as possible. Would be sweet to get to Fenway. I mean its only a 6 hour drive both ways for me, but well worth it.
