When ever anyone asks me for advice whether it is about dealing with their spouse, changing their diet, running, or even parenting tips I always recommend making small changes. Small changes add up to big differences. When you try to make to0 drastic of a change though it is harder to make it stick.
I had a health screening and my numbers were great, some were even surprising low to the doctor…except for one. My cholesterol. I made a decision then to start eating less meat and incorporating more vegetarian meals into my diet because I am just genetically prone to higher cholesterol and I want to keep that as low as I can. My husband is now on board too and we love our meatless meals!
