Making roasted garlic doesn’t take a culinary degree. It is actually one of the simplest things to do. All you need is:
Garlic
Olive Oil
Tin Foil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the tops off the garlic.
Place each garlic in a square of tin foil and drizzle with olive oil. Loosely wrap up the garlic in the tin foil.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
Unwrap and serve. I love to take the cloves out and eat with baked brie or roasted tomatoes. It is great compliment to an appetizer tray, pasta dishes or to top any entree.
It is also delicious to take cloves oil and put in olive oil for dipping. Enjoy!
