Registration for runDisney Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend Opens Tomorrow

If you are not a Disney Visa card holder, DVC member, or annual passholder, that means registration for WDW Marathon weekend opens tomorrow!  It opens at 12:00pm EST (9:00am PST)  For more information go to:

I registered for Dopey Challenge for a hefty price tag of $495.  If you register for each event individually it does not count for a Dopey Challenge.  You must register specifically for the Dopey Challenge.  Here is how the cost breaks down if you wonder why the price is so high:

Marathon- $160

Half Marathon- $160

10k- $95

5k- $60

If you were to register for each of these events individually it would total $475

The extra $20 basically pays for the Goofy and Dopey additional medals.

• $160 by June 18, 2013
• $175 between June 19, 2013 and August 13, 2013
• $190 on or after August 14, 2013

Walt Disney World® Half Marathon

• $160 by June 18, 2013
• $175 between June 19, 2013 and August 13, 2013
• $190 on or after August 14, 2013

Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge

• $340 by June 18, 2013
• $370 between June 19, 2013 and August 13, 2013
• $400 on or after August 14, 2013

Walt Disney World® 10K

• $95 by June 18, 2013
• $110 between June 19, 2013 and August 13, 2013
• $125 on or after August 14, 2013

Disney Family Fun Run 5K

• $60 per participant

Dopey Challenge

• $495 by June 18, 2013
• $525 between June 19, 2013 and August 13, 2013
• $555 on or after August 14, 2013

runDisney Kids Races

• $15 per child

Mickey Mile

• $30 per child

Race Retreat Packages

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

• Entry fees for the 2014 Walt Disney World® Marathon Weekend events are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• If you are currently registered for the 2014 Walt Disney World® 10K, Walt Disney World® Half Marathon, Walt Disney World® Marathon or Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge or Dopey Challenge, you may transfer your registration to one of the other four races, subject to availability, on or before December 1, 2013. A transfer fee will be charged PER TRANSFER.
• Transfers are not allowed for the Disney Family Fun Run 5K or runDisney Kids Races events.
