Quick Family Dinner Made F&Easy

I had a big conference that was in Berkeley on Tuesday, which is about an hour away from my home and I still needed to manage to put dinner on the table that night.  I always try to feed my family a good meal, which meant I wasn’t about to give in and let fast food be an option.  I know a lot of working parents struggle with this battle of wanting to have a good meal at home, but don’t have hours to prepare it.  This is exactly why I love Fresh & Easy.  They have so many fresh prepared meal options to choose from. Anything that can make my life easier without compromising the good things I want to provide for my family is a plus in my book.

Fresh & Easy markets have all the products that you would normally shop for at any other grocery store, but they also have their own line of fresh&easy products.  They have prepared sides and vegetables, fresh take and bake pizzas, italian pastas, salads, asian dishes, great meats for grilling, and everything else you could possibly want to eat.

I wanted something quick for my family, so I picked up the already made fresh&easy mini beef slider patties and the quarter pounder poblano & jalapeno peppers beef patties.  My husband and 3 year old are huge hamburger fans so this made them very happy.  Having the burgers already made into patties meant that all I had to do was pop them right on my grill pan.

I always include some kind of fruit and vegetables with my family meals, so I picked up a variety of the fresh&easy already chopped up fruits.  All I had to do was put them in a bowl and I have the easiest fruit salad ever.

  I also got some of the easy steamer fresh&easy green beans and baby carrots.

To make up for the fact that I had been at a conference all day my family also got some yummy fresh&easy cupcakes for dessert.  Berry vanilla and chocolate caramel. Yum!

I grabbed a fresh&easy cheese pizza and an extra carton of fresh&easy organic milk since I was hosting a play date the next day and it makes an easy and delicious lunch.
