SHe by Morton’s Las Vegas Restaurant Review- Travel with Half Crazy Mama

SHe by Morton’s is a fun restaurant right in the new Crystal’s shopping center at the Aria Hotel.  SHe by Morton’s is a partnership between Morton’s, the well known steakhouse, and Eva Longoria, the actress.

I was treated to dinner at SHe while on a media tour in Las Vegas.  The decor was very modern and fun.  The servers all wore bowties, but undone like they were still getting dressed, which I thought was a cute idea.

The chef prepared some of their best dishes for us to try.  For starters we had:

Crispy Tempura Shrimp -spicy aïoli + shishito peppers + fresh lime (This was one of my favorites)

Salads:

PEAR + SAGA – pear,  saga blue cheese, candied pecans + vinaigrette (The saga was so yummy)

CAESAR- classic dressing garlic croutons + parmesan cheese

MINI WEDGE-  bacon + tomato blue cheese + red onion (Also Yum!)

For dinner we dined on:

FREE RANGE CHICKEN CHOP- butterscotch carrot purée + brussels sprouts

MARINATED SKIRT STEAK

BEEF SHORT RIBS-  chive potato purée + red wine gravy

For dessert we had little tastes of their desserts, plus I had this beauty!  It is a cupcake martini.  It tastes like a cupcake (with some vodka in it.)  The meal was delicious and the restaurant was a perfect place for a girls night out.  I enjoyed this meal with the other 3 ladies on the media tour with me.
