Massages, Facials and a Workout Oh My! Total Woman Gym + Spa Review and Giveaway
When we lived in Malibu down in Southern California I had heard about Total Woman Gym + Spa, but we moved to Northern California before I had a chance to give them a try. A new Total Woman Gym + Spa opened near me in San Jose a few months ago and I finally got to go take a look. The facilities are top of the line with plenty of equipment. They have a great class schedule including Turbokick Kickboxing, Core Fusion, Body Blast, Zumba, Yoga, Mat Pilates and lots more. Click here to see a list of all their classes and descriptions.
Total Woman Gym + Spa is the largest, full-service gym and spa in California. One of the fun things about Total Woman Gym + Spa is that it is designed with women in mind. All the classes, equipment and facilities are women friendly. This also means there is one really awesome women’s locker room!
I enjoyed a quick workout before my spa appointment and had no problem getting on whatever equipment I wanted which was AWESOME for a morning workout.
I enjoyed a facial at Total Woman Gym + Spa. It was amazing! The spa facilities were beautiful, relaxing and dimly lit with some candles around. The facial was wonderful. Jenn did a great job and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing and thorough facial with a great head, neck and arm massage.
