Ok, first off I just want to throw this out there, the workouts on the MASH UP Conditioning DVD are only 15 MINUTES!!! You can do as few or as many as you want, but are in 15 minute increments. I love this because as a mom I don’t have all the time in the world to workout, believe it or not. I never can make it through an hour long DVD workout. I love that if I go for a run I can come home, pop in the DVD and do a quick 15 min tempo workout.
MASH Up was created by 2 moms, so they had that in mind when creating this workout. MASH stands for Mind/Body, Agility, Strength and High Intensity Intervals. The DVD is perfect for normal workouts or cross training.
There are 7 workouts total on the MASH UP DVD. Each 15 minute workout is set up with 5 minutes each of Mind/Body, Agility & Strength, and High Intensity Intervals. The workouts offer 3 different fitness levels and is demonstrated, so everyone can accomplish this DVD and to their own ability.
