MASH UP Conditioning Review and Giveaway

I was given a copy of the MASH UP Conditioning DVD to review and the opportunity to host a giveaway, but I was not compensated for this post and all opinions are always my own.

Ok, first off I just want to throw this out there, the workouts on the MASH UP Conditioning DVD are only 15 MINUTES!!! You can do as few or as many as you want, but are in 15 minute increments.  I love this because as a mom I don’t have all the time in the world to workout, believe it or not. I never can make it through an hour long DVD workout.  I love that if I go for a run I can come home, pop in the DVD and do a quick 15 min tempo workout.

MASH Up was created by 2 moms, so they had that in mind when creating this workout.  MASH stands for Mind/Body, Agility, Strength and High Intensity Intervals.  The DVD is perfect for normal workouts or cross training.

photo There are 7 workouts total on the MASH UP DVD.  Each 15 minute workout is set up with 5 minutes each of Mind/Body, Agility & Strength, and High Intensity Intervals.  The workouts offer 3 different fitness levels and is demonstrated, so everyone can accomplish this DVD and to their own ability.

Do you read Dr. Mercola’s website?  Here is an article from there on MASH UP Conditioning.

Love that they are short so you can mix and change up your workouts.

I have to agree with the others – having a 15 minute high intensity workout sounds like an awesome deal!

I love that they are 15 minutes so that I can fit a few in in a day, here and there.

I like that the people are “real” and the workouts include a mix of exercises. Getting it all in is sometimes difficult. Here she takes the guess work out and motivates.

I like that they are 15 min so at least you are doing something.
