I’m almost at the end of the 12 week Lorna Jane Fit Challenge. I am happy to report that I am 4 lbs lighter than when I started. I have been REALLY focusing on what I am eating and making sure I set time aside each day to workout. I feel great.
The little sayings and motivation in the Lorna Jane Move Nourish Believe journal are also fun.
I’ve enjoyed this Lorna Jane Fit Challenge journey. It is a lot easier to stay motivated on a daily basis when you have a goal with a plan on how to accomplish that.
