Lorna Jane Fit Challenge Checkin

It has been a month since I started the Lorna Jane Fit Challenge.  I am loving the extra motivation that I have with this challenge.  The Nourish cookbook has been a great tool to keep me eating healthy.  I have tried some new recipes.  I loved the frittata that I made with quinoa in it.  Delicious! 

IMG_8075 The workouts have been super easy to accomplish and usually takes me less than 20 minutes.  I am still getting my running done as well.  

IMG_7539My 4 year old is hilarious and now knows what burpees are and does them with me…kinda.  Lol  She is a goofball, but she tries to do the workout along with me which is awesome.
