It has been a month since I started the Lorna Jane Fit Challenge. I am loving the extra motivation that I have with this challenge. The Nourish cookbook has been a great tool to keep me eating healthy. I have tried some new recipes. I loved the frittata that I made with quinoa in it. Delicious!
The workouts have been super easy to accomplish and usually takes me less than 20 minutes. I am still getting my running done as well.
