Thank you to Michelob Ultra for providing me travel, race entry, and other opportunities. All opinions are always my own.
I am so happy to finally be able to share this news. If you follow along on Instagram, then you probably already saw the post. I can’t even believe I get to run the New York City Marathon this year. I am so excited to have been given this opportunity from Michelob Ultra. NYC Marathon is November 7, 2021. I am part of an amazing team of inspiring runners. Follow along hashtag #teamULTRA to check them out.
I will be in NYC for a few days, which is my home away from home. I can’t wait to be back! It has been almost 2 years since I was there last. It was Christmas time 2019, before the world shut down for the pandemic.
I have ran the NYC Marathon once before, back in 2015, and it was my all time bucket list. I am thrilled to be back! I am already in a marathon training cycle for the Chicago Marathon, which I run October 10th, so this worked out perfectly.
I feel safe with the safety precautions that the race and everyone else are taking and I can’t wait to be back toeing that line. I am fully vaccinated and will show proof of that to participate.
Also, I can’t wait to devour some Magnolia Bakery Banana Pudding!
