Hyland’s Homeopathic Products for Runners

I have used Hyland’s brand homeopathic products for my daughter since she was a baby.  Their teething tablets and Nighttime Cold and Cough syrup were always in my medicine cabinet.  I never even knew about the products they make that are great for runners though.

Hyland’s sent me an assortment of products to try.  Hyland’s Muscle Therapy Gel with Arnica was one of the products I received.  It provides topical relief of muscle soreness, bruising, or swelling due to overexertion or injury. It contains Arnica.  I had never heard of this before to be honest.  It is the first natural remedy for swelling, bruising, and trauma. It provides natural, safe and effective pain relief.  It wasn’t greasy at all and it absorbed quickly.  I also really liked that it didn’t have strong odor to it.  It worked well and gave me a nice piece of mind that it is natural and safe. 

Hyland’s also sent me their Arnica 30x tablets.  They are said to have advance defense pain relief formula to speed recovery from injury and trauma.  The quick-dissolving tablets can be taken before activity to minimize pain later.  They really did dissolve super quick with no water needed and no bad aftertaste.

I tried the Leg Cramps Ointment after a 20 mile run when my calfs were super tight.  It didn’t have a strong odor, which I loved, and it also seemed to help calm the legs.  

Some other products they offer are Bioplasma Sport, Nerve Tonic,  and Leg Cramps tablets.  I could see running with the Leg Cramps tablets during a marathon and taking them at the onset of cramping.  I haven’t had a marathon this month though while I was trying these products, so I will have to update you later on that.  I have been using the Nerve Tonic to help calm myself in the evenings.  Again, these tabs dissolve super quick and don’t have any aftertaste.  I will definitely continue to use them.  I love that all these products are homeopathic.
