Some Highlights from runDisney Disneyland Half Dumbo Double Dare Weekend at Disneyland
The day after running the Disneyland Half Marathon I flew to Disney’s Hilton Head Resort in South Carolina for a vacation. I thought I would share with you some of the highlights of my race weekend before I have my posts finished on all the details.
First off, here is where I currently am 🙂
My highlight of the Disneyland Half Expo was the new medals showcased at the runDisney booth.
Here are some of my favorite moments from the Disneyland 10K. I dressed up as the White Rabbit since it was an Alice in Wonderland themed race. Big thanks to Sparkle Athletic for the costume help and also my BFF April for the sewing assist.
On Saturday, after the 10K, we headed to the Kids Races for my 3 year old to run the 100m dash. Although she melted down on me while we were waiting in line to run, she still had a good time in the end. We wore our matching INKnBURN Minnie dot skirts.
Next up, here are some of my favorites from the Disneyland Half Marathon, which was the second race of my Dumbo Double Dare Challenge. This was my third time running the Disneyland Half (and the hottest) but the miles get more magical every time. I dressed up as Princess Aurora for this race because it was my 3 year olds request.
And of course the race bling! The Disneyland 10K, Dumbo Double Dare and Disneyland Half Marathon medals.

Love it! I only ran the 10k. I had a baby on August 10, so it was enough of a challenge for me. It took me way too long to finish. Can’t wait for tge rest of your report!

My favorite runDisney moment is from PHM last year- first hm and first runDisney race! Counting the days until W & D! Enjoy Hilton Head!
