Heidi Klum For New Balance 1600 Review

I was guided towards trying the New Balance 1600 running shoe by several people.  I once again discovered not only a great minimal running shoe, but also a choice of awesome colors.  These particular New Balance 1600’s are part of the Heidi Klum for New Balance line.

I love all the color choices these come in and might sell a kidney so I can get all of them.  The New Balance 1600 is a lightweight neutral racing flat.  It has an 8mm drop.  While the shoe is quite minimal it has a really responsive cushioning which I love.

This shoe is definitely not for people who love a running shoe with big cushy soles, but if you love super minimal neutral shoes I DEFINITELY recommend you give these a try.

While I am normally always a size 8 in my shoes, I sized up with these to an 8.5.  All my other New Balance shoes, including the Heidi Klum 890s, are an 8.  Just a sizing FYI.

The Heidi Klum for New Balance 1600 are so comfortable and stylish that even just wearing these with jeans or leggings would be super cute for a person who wants to run in a more substantial shoe, but still wants more cushion than a normal casual sneaker of everyday wear.
