Great Running Weekend Recap

This weekend fall was in the air for sure.  The weather was cool and crisp, but sun poked out through the trees.  It was PERFECT running weather.  I had a beautiful run on Saturday morning for 3 short and beautiful miles.

Later that day my daughter wanted to play at the kids club at our gym, so I took her and hit the treadmill for 2 episodes worth of Scandal. That show is super addicting and great for iPad treadmill entertainment.

On Sunday I hit the pavement again with a mix of some trails and did 4 miles.  I felt great.  The new area I moved to is WAY more hilly than my old stomping grounds, so I definitely felt it.
