FIZZ Las Vegas Champagne Lounge and Bar in Caesars Palace- Travel With Half Crazy Mama

FIZZ Las Vegas is a new Champagne Lounge and Bar between The Colosseum at Caesars Palace and Forum Shops at Caesars.  Inside is a very intimate feel and the decor is beautiful.  FIZZ has an all over great vibe to it.

I learned that David Furnish, Elton John’s partner, is actually one of the people behind FIZZ and Sir. Elton John’s personal chef created the menu.  The walls of FIZZ are lined with amazing artwork and I read that it is actually part of the couple’s collection.

The drink menu is a winner.  They serve couture cocktails and even high end champagnes by the glass. I enjoyed one of these delicious and beautiful cocktails called a FIZZ Noir

FIZZ Las Vegas also offers caviar, gourmet paninis and small plates.  Look at how delicious this Thai Lobster Roll looks.

I will definitely be back to FIZZ Las Vegas and bring friends.
