Enjoying Running at the Florida Coast

After running at Disney World this past weekend my family and I headed to the Florida coast, just south of Cape Canaveral.  The weather has been beautiful.  I took Monday off after running the 5k Friday, 10k Saturday and half marathon Sunday.  Tuesday I enjoyed a beautiful 3 mile run along the beach.  It felt great, humid, but great.
