The tank is an Athleta tank. The skirt is from SparkleAthletic.com (they have them is almost every color). I found that red headband on Amazon, but I’ve also worn the Snow White headband from the Disney Store for a race before 🙂

Yes, sadly INKnBURN doesn’t make the Minnie skirt anymore. I wrote the post 3 years ago and they changed their style recently. Sometimes you can find one of them on eBay.
