Our Disney Side @ Home Celebration Princess Tea Party

I was given product to use at our Disney Side party, but I was not paid.  All opinions are always my own.

When we got the big box of goodies for our Disney Side @ Home Celebration my daughter was bouncing around like it was Christmas!  The box came the week before we moved, so I told her she would have to wait until we were at the new house.  This plan worked out brilliantly though.

Since my daughter is 4 we decided to throw a mother daughter tea party… Disney Side style.  

In the box of goodies we received was a Duff Goldman Tie Dye cake mix.  OMG, this cake was crazy fun to make!  My daughter said it was “the best art project ever!”  

We also received the Mickey Mouse cake pan.You mix the cake batter and then separate it into 6 small bowls to add the coloring.

It turned out very cute.  I let me 4 year old be in charge of decorating though and she wanted to top it with candy melts instead of frosting, so that is what we did.

We had several activities for the moms and daughters to do.  We had a coloring area.  My runDisney Vinylmation got in on the sticker action.

In the awesome box of goodies we received a ribbon barrette maker.  Talk about taking me back to my childhood in the ’80s!  I am pretty sure I had these things in every color for every outfit.  I remember braiding the ribbon part into my hair.  Awesome!

We had Twinings Tea for the moms and I pulled out all my Disney mugs for the occasion.  I thought that would be a fun touch to help share our Disney Side.

Everyone had a great time and the little girls loved the Princess Sofia theme.  

You know it was a successful party when the cake plate looks like this.
