Putting dinner on the table can be a challenge in itself. As a mom and business owner life is BUSY! I am always looking for family friendly recipes. My husband is 100% Italian, which means he grew up on Italian food, so of course that is his favorite. My daughter is following suit. My priority is wholesome meals that are also easy to prepare. I love authentic, Italian favorites like Celentano Cheese Ravioli and the Rosina Italian-Style Meatballs. You can find them in the frozen section of your grocery store.
One of my family’s favorite recipes is so easy to make. This recipe also reminds me of spring time with it’s fresh flavor. All you need is a few ingredients:
1 Bag (24 oz.) Celentano®Cheese Ravioli
1/2 Bag (26 oz.) Rosina®Italian-Style Meatballs
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Can Diced Tomatoes (drained)
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
Handful of Fresh basil Leaves
I can have this meal ready in less than 10 minutes! My whole family loves it and I feel good about what I am feeding them. Wholesome authentic Italian food is always a hit. This recipe is also super easy to make in large quantities if you are having guests over. Raviolis and meatballs are crowd pleasers, so this delicious, but quick recipe is perfect. PLUS you don’t have to be stuck in the kitchen all night and you get to enjoy your party.

Yes, I do struggle with easy dinner ideas because when my kids come home from school they always want dinner right away.

Finding quick and easy dinners is always an issue, especially when both my kids are in sports. We don’t go out to eat very often, about twice a month, and never get fast food.
