Costume Prep for Princess Half Marathon Weekend
If you are a regular reader here at Half Crazy Mama than you know I am usually in some sort of running costume for a runDisney race. I’m running the Glass Slipper Challenge (10k and half marathon) plus the 5k at the runDisney Princess Half Marathon weekend at Disney World end of February. That means 3 more costumes.
I have the fabric and pieces gathered and I am at work…with the help of my 3 year old as my assistant. All 3 of these costumes are her choice. I didn’t get much of a say this time, but that is ok because I am happy with the choices.

Now I just have to decide which costumes to wear for which races.

My sister and I will be for the 5k and 10K and will be dressed “festive” for the half (wearing our real running clothes with a Disney twist). Can’t wait to see what you come up with.

I’m pretty sure the hair is a dead giveaway on that one! BTW, you look fantastic with that color hair! I’m “just” doing the PHM, my first half…and since it’s my first Princess, I’m sticking with THE Princess, Cindy! 🙂

You aren’t “just” doing you are DOING a half freakin marathon!!! Congrats!!! Cinderella is such a fun costume! I ran as here a few weeks ago for the WDW full marathon. Loved it. Thanks for the red hair compliment. My daughter would think it is the coolest thing ever if my hair was that color 🙂

Love the hair! Can’t wait to see your costumes 🙂 Hope it’s cool for the races. I ran as Merida at the PHM last year and the 7 mile song was never more accurate, “this girl was on fire”. Lol Have a great time and maybe we will see you there.

LOL! Ya, last year was pretty warm and very humid. The humidity in Florida gets me every time. Good luck to you too!!! 🙂
