I just got my 3rd Stitch Fix. Stitch Fix is a service that you subscribe to and they send you 5 items according to the style profile you fill out. You are charged a $20 styling fee, but if you buy any of the items that $20 gets credited towards the purchase. If you keep all 5 items you get a 25% discount. You have 3 days to decide whether to keep or return. Here is what I got this time:
41Hawthorn- Walt Striped Skirt
Price- $68
Verdict- Sent Back
The style is cute, but to be totally honest I wasn’t crazy about the fabric.
Pixley- Vivienne Teardrop & Stud Earring Set
Price- $32
Verdict- Sent Back
I thought this jewelry was a little boring and not worth $32 to me. Cute, but not cute enough.
Pomelo- Landers Lattice Crochet Detail Fit & Flare Dress
Price- $68
Verdict- Sent back
I was really excited when I unwrapped and saw this dress because I thought it was really cute, but as you might be able to tell in the picture, the top half was a little to snug for my busty self, so I had to send it back.
Lily- Cheyanne Cross-Front Short Sleeve Top
Price- $64
Verdict- Sent back faster than anything I’ve ever sent back.
The only thing I liked about this shirt was the color. It was really not cute and really not worth $64.
Pomelo- Moni Geo Print & Camisole Blouse
Price- $58
Verdict- Kept
It was a little out of what my normal clothing comfort zone is, but I kept it. I will definitely wear it and it is a fun summer shirt.
Overall this box was more of a bust, but I kept the one blouse and like it.
I updated my style profile on my Stitch Fix account and made notes about what I do and don’t like. I’m excited for my next fix.
Do you use Stitch Fix?

I saw the Fix with the super cute black and white dress. Was that your most recent one?

I’m hoping to start using StitchFix soon, but I’m waiting to lose a few more pounds so that I can fit into more of their clothes. I agree with you, the only thing that looked nice was the last shirt but it’s REALLY cute, so yay for that. The color and the detailing is exactly my style… man, I want one! LOL

Lol! Good luck in the future with your Stitch Fix! The last shirt is so comfortable too. 🙂

I do use stitch fix and have been for about 6 months. I love that you can decide when you are feeling up for a fix. I sent back everything in my first fix but found that after sharing some feedback, they got better each time. I’ve also added some new items to my wardrobe that I might not wear or purchase otherwise so I like it for that aspect as well. It was a fun thing to do at the office as a couple other colleagues of mine would get their fix delivered to the office, we’d try them on, compare and make our decisions on what to keep. Sometimes we’d swap outfits! Now that I work from home it is a great treat to have come to my door and as a busy mama I don’t always have time to spice up my wardrobe. Thanks for sharing! love the shirt you kept!

Thank you Kara! Having it delivered to an office with coworker/friends is a super fun idea! I also work from home and being a mom I love Stitch Fix. I get giddy when it is delivering day 🙂

Totally agree with you on that blue top– I can’t imagine that being flattering on anyone– it’s like a medieval contraption for a woman’s chest! Love that orange top on you– perfect!

Right?!?! That top is HORRIBLE. I wonder if anyone ever keeps it? Lol
