You know, liners, “hit the bells”, sprint drills, starting proctor with a 1.5 mile run. I hated all of that. I understood that running was part of the sport, but I didn’t play the sports because I liked running. I was an adult when I started enjoying running. When my daughter was a baby it was a good way for me to get some exercise in. I could put her in the jogging stroller, enjoy the outdoors and it definitely helped me mentally.
