Whether you are new to running or a seasoned marathon runner, we all need motivation and inspiration sometimes. Burn out is real and happens to all of us. Here are 10 reasons why you should get up and run today!

  1. You will always feel better after a run.
  2. A half hour of running is only 1/48th of your day. You can do it!
  3. Your running clothes want to be worn.
  4. Self-care is important.
  5. One more run is one step closer to your goal.
  6. You are lapping everyone who is sitting on the couch
  7. It will get your endorphins pumping.
  8. You can burn some extra calories, because that is always a good thing.
  9. You can post on social media that you got a run in and annoy all your non-runner friends.
  10. Because you CAN! There will be day that you can’t, but today is NOT that day.
