10 Reasons To Register For a St. Jude Walk/Run To End Childhood Cancer

I was hosted by St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for my trip to Memphis to visit the hospital, but I was not paid for this post. All opinions are always my own.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is a place of hope. Children fighting for their lives get to come to a facility that never presents their family with a bill. The research that happens at St. Jude is astounding. I spent two days in Memphis visiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. I have ran as a St. Jude Hero before to raise money for the amazing cause, but being at St. Jude and seeing what they do was life changing. I am excited to share that I am a St. Jude digital ambassadors for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.  You can learn more about it and see my fellow ambassadors by clicking here

I will be participating in several of the St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer events and I want you to join me! If you need more reasons, here are 10 of them:

  1. Miracles happen at St. Jude. I talked to people who’s lives were saved at St. Jude and saw how incredible St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital really is.
  2. There are over 60 St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer events around the country.
  3. Don’t have one near your or can’t make the date? That ok! There is a virtual option.
  4. You can participate with your whole family. These events are perfect for kids.
  5. These walk/runs aren’t just on a random street. They are at fun locations! Chicago’s walk/run takes place at Soldier Field, San Diego is at Liberty Station, San Francisco is at the zoo, and so many more awesome locations!
  6. This gives your family a chance to help another family. Having a child who is suffering from childhood cancer means the whole family can be uprooted from their lives. You and your family raising money for St. Jude can help another family in their time of need.
  7. The money raised can help end childhood cancer. The research being done is so critical.
  8. Because you CAN run or walk at one of these events. You have your health.
  9. Every dollar counts. $100 can provide a new red wagon, which is how the littlest patients at St. Jude get around the halls.
  10. Until childhood cancer doesn’t exist, St. Jude will continue to fight.

Come join me this month and sign up a St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer near you!  I will be sharing some very very big details soon about everything I had planned to help St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  Want to join my team? Let me know and I will give you the information to signup!

Can’t participate, but want to donate to the cause? Here is the link to my fundraiser page and a little hint at what I have in store.
