It’s finally here! It’s Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend, presented by Cigna. I am so excited to be back at Disneyland again to run Labor Day Weekend for my 7th year. It is always a hot weekend, but this year is exceptionally hot. Hydrate hydrate hydrate! Drink water early and often to stay hydrated. Don’t wait until you feel thirsty.
