Make the Bob’s Red Mill Steel Cut Oats as directed on the side of the package.
Super easy! Once the oats are cooked just sprinkle a pinch of Bob’s Red Mill Organic Coconut Sugar on top. Coconut sugar is sweet, but not so much that you loose that delicious nutty flavor of the oats. The coconut sugar has a nice subtle caramel flavor and is amazing!
When I cook the steel cut oats there is enough for serval servings. My favorite is to refrigerate the leftovers and either for dessert or breakfast the next morning I mix the cooked steel cut oats with Stonyfield Organic Greek 0% Fat Vanilla yogurt. It is AMAZING! It reminds me of rice pudding. I sometimes top it with fresh berries. It is one of my family’s favorites.
